     I learned many things in Excel many of them helped me to make                   operations to create and decorate my tables and to organize them                   according to their classification, I also learned that Excel can not only           work with numbers also with graphics and tables of values in Excel I             learned many things for example insert formulas create tables as place           graphics and many more things.

     

   ◘These are some of my works that I did in excel:

    Ø apply a basic sum formula

    Ø apply a graph to a table of values

    Ø apply the conditional format

       v apply a basic sum formula

1.    in this tool I learned to add a few and quite a lot of numbers but I do not know how to add but also subtract multiply and many other functions

2.    to add quantities, first select the cell where I will put the answer

3.    after that we go to the formula and select the formula we want to use

4.    then select the cells you will operate and apply the formula

5.    finally you will have the answer in the cell that you selected at the beginning

    

    v apply a graph to a table of values

1.    This tool can help us see the difference between different values in a table

2.    to make a graph we first shadow the values

3.    then we are going to insert where are the graphics

4.    finally we select the graphic that we want to use and we will have our graph

    v  apply the conditional format

     

     The conditional format can help us to classify different values according      to more or less quantity

       

        1.    to apply the conditional format first we shaded all the values

        2.    after that in the taskbar we will find the option format conditional

        3.    finally we select the type of format that we want to apply to the               table
